Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped.
• Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are applicable if a replacement is not available for returned items.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests for items that do not meet the return criteria.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as non-returnable or used/damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
